Deborah Edler Brown was the fantastic poet at our December Assembly. She hosts great writing workshops which I can personally attest to. From her site:

If you've ever thought about getting into creative writing, this is a great place to start. Or if you're stuck on a project and can't make progress this then workshop will get you unstuck. 

Online workshops are Tuesdays, in-person workshops are Wednesdays in Santa Monica. Both are 4-week sessions.
