Hi SALA Young Adults!

I’ve attended this event since its start (3 years ago) and it’s just a fun night.

For those of you who might already be attending- -- RSVP and let’s make it a large lively group!

For those who have never heard of this event, below is the info. Buy your ticket soon, this event is always sold out.

NOTE: This will be a joint meetup with the Atheist United: Generation Atheist (20’s and 30’s) group.   

MEETUP INFO

Meeting location: Inside the pavilion, just under the Endeavour’s “black nose” across from the main entrance.  I’ll be holding a sign.

Meeting time: 8:15-8:30. After this time, you’ll have to look for us or send me a text: 818-293-8735. Note, reception is not great, but it is a small venue, so you will eventually find a familiar SALA face.

3rd annual Yuri's Night Los Angeles under the SPACE SHUTTLE ENDEAVOUR!!! Whether you live and breathe space at home or at work or just like to dabble, this is the place to be to meet others like yourself and to revel in space, art and music. COSTUMES ENCOURAGED :)

Join us for an evening of dancing, drinks, glow sticks, costumes, and all things space. You might even bump into an astronaut, a rocket scientist or Mars rover mission controller at the party... Space-themed, eco-"Mixology" Cocktails, beer and wine and light snacks will be available for sale from Akasha Restaurant. 

Also joining us will be Tim Russ (Commander Tuvok “Star Trek: Voyager”), Patricia Tallman (Lyta Alexander from “Babylon 5”), Dean Haglund (one of the Lone Gunman from “The X-Files”) and JPL's Mohawk Guy, Bobak Ferdowsi.

This year's theme is "A New Hope" so you will see a number of Star Wars characters roaming around as well...
