Safe Place For Youth Donation Drive

SPYSafe Place for Youth’s mission is to inspire, nurture, and empower the resilient human spirit of homeless youth by providing immediate and lasting solutions, one young person at a time.  Their program prioritizes low barriers for entry, harm-reduction, a trauma-informed approach, and the provision of a safe, supportive environment.

Safe Place for Youth experienced a tremendous loss, recently.  Their primary storage unit was part of the large fire a couple of weeks ago in Venice, wherein eight firefighters were injured fighting the blaze. They lost a huge supply of new underwear, socks, and warm winter clothing that the homeless youth desperately rely on as the winter months approach.

Sunday Assembly, Los Angeles would like to do their part in helping to restore Safe Place for Youth's lost donations, and to help insure that homeless teens have what they need this winter.  Please consider contributing something(s) from the list below and bringing with you to Sunday Assembly L.A.'s January Assembly scheduled for January 11th.
