Ring in the "National Day of Reason" With Craft Beers for Camp Quest Kids!

The National Day of Reason is just around the corner, and we here at Sunday Assembly LA want to bring our entire L.A. secular community together to ring it in!

The National Day of Reason is a secular celebration for humanists, atheists and other secularists and free thinkers in response to the National Day of Prayer a legal holiday in the United States. The day is celebrated on the first Thursday in May of every year, to coincide with the National Day of Prayer.

In an effort to assemble in solidarity around this day, Sunday Assembly L.A. and the Center for Inquiry are hosting an evening of good company and incredible craft beer at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank.  This night gives us an opportunity to get to know each other over fabulous "bar food," and the most incredible craft beer you'll ever taste!

We'll be passing a collection hat this Thursday as well, and all proceeds will be donated to Camp Questa non-profit organization providing an educational adventure shaped by fun, friends and free-thought, featuring science, natural wonder and humanist values.  Collected funds will be used exclusively to send a low-income child to camp.

PARKING:There is ample street parking on Magnolia Blvd. as well as the residential streets. Parking is free.  Please visit the link above for Tony's menu items.

So, spread the word and come one-come-all!  Let's celebrate a day this nation is privileged to recognize, freely.
