Explore Deeper: mid-month small group discussion/sharing
Please join us to explore questions about life, the Universe and everything.
(apologies to Douglas Adams)
We'll be meeting again between Assemblies to consider questions in a casual, intimate atmosphere where the faces we see in the crowd on Sunday become transformed into real people as we share our experiences and deepen our bonds.
This is a place to come enjoy fellowship with like-minded folks, reflect, listen and be listened to. After the more structured discussion is over at 9 PM, people are welcome to stay and partake in drinks and desserts.
We've found the optimum group size to be about 10-12. Lately, we've been victims of our own success, so for this month, we're going to have to cut off RSVPs when we hit that max. What that means is, if you decide to RSVP, we hope you'll do it with the clear intention to honor yourself and your fellow Assemblers by coming and arriving on time. If the popularity of the event runs away again (there are worse problems), we'll look at splitting up into two rooms or maybe half of us moving to a second location. So help us out by getting your RSVPs in early.
We are located 3 blocks west of the 405, 1 block north of Jefferson (the off-ramp from either direction), and there is plenty of unrestricted street parking. Our big, friendly dog Buddha will greet you at the door.
