Be a Part of the Planning Team for Sunday Assembly's International Day of Service!
Sunday Assembly is anticipating a very important day for the international organization: The International Day of Service. The first annual event is slated for Saturday, June 7th, and Sunday Assembly-LA would love to pull together our ever-growing community for the day in solidarity and to be of service to those in need. After all, isn't that what "help often and live better" really means?
That being said, it takes a lot of powerful brains coming together to organize something of this magnitude. We'd like to plan something all of us can get behind, including our local media, but we need YOU to make it happen!
If you would like to be a part of planning for this first inaugural event, one shared by Sunday Assemblies around the world, please join us right after the Assembly this Sunday at the Cat & Fiddle for good eats, good drinks and some superb brain-storming and organizing!
Here's to kicking off this International SA Day of service in style! WE WANT YOU!
NOTE: I will need to leave immediately after the Assembly, so Co-Directors Amy Boyle and Ian Dodd will be running this meeting. We're thrilled to have you!
Cheers,
Sarah Barker
