"Pandora's Promise" screening and discussion

This is a last minute addition, but you're invited to a screening and discussion of the new documentary film "Pandora's Promise".

Since the 1970s, the environmental movement's default position has been adamant opposition to nuclear energy. But the challenges of climate change and the food and energy needs of the world's 7+ billion people have forced many environmentalists to reconsider their resistance. This new documentary film from Academy Award-winning director Robert Stone follows prominent movement leaders, including Stuart Brand ("Whole Earth Catalog") and Mark Lynas (Greenpeace), as they examine the evidence for the use of nuclear energy as a powerful tool in the fight for a cleaner environment and access to energy for the world's poor.

You can watch the trailer at the film's website.
